The war of ideas

The Cold was which often teamed U.S. and the Soviet Union against eachother was more then a weapons war it was a war of Ideas. The U.S.S.R. tried to spread there comunist beliefs across the world and the united State hated the Idea and believed in Capitalist freedom. The Cold war lasted in the ranges of the end of world war two the moment Mikhail Gorbachev.
