After world war two was over the four allied (France, Great Britain, U.S.S.R., and U.S.A.)foces joined together to divide up Germany. The Cold war started as U.S.S.R. had differant plans for Germany and wanted them to become Communist as the U.S.A. wanted them to be Capitalis later to be the cause of the Berlin Wall to be put up.
